NOTICE of the Board of Directors Meeting, Saturday, October 16, 2021, at 2 PM, at the FBO, 601 Eagle Ave., Sky Ranch Estates, Sandy Valley. Agenda and. Minutes of the prior meeting will be e-mailed prior to date to those who have signed up, also available on the website and at the meeting.
PLEASE NOTE THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING DATE AND TIME HAS BEEN CHANGED DUE TO CONFLICT FOR A COUPLE OF BOARD MEMBERS FROM PREVIOUS DATE…. NOW SET FOR THE ABOVE DATE SO WE CAN BE WITHIN THE STATE MANDATED 90 DAYS. Some have mentioned that a Saturday is better for them, so let’s see how it goes.
A couple of items that will be on the agenda…. Budget for 2022, update of Well #2 project, runway/taxiway project update, discuss homeowners’ complaints… If you are unable to attend but have something on your mind, please, email to sreoa@sandyvalley.net or get a note to a board member to present at the meeting. We are still trying to come up with the proper way to keep traffic off the Runway, whether it be the signs we already have (are they in the right place?), new signs or some other idea.
Due to the continuing event of the COVID-19 Virus, we will be adhering to the “social distancing” and ask that those attending wear a mask. We also ask that no one bring guests and only members attend.
