In looking to identify and prioritize goals, remedy problems and protect our investment in this unique aviation community, SREOA is asking you to share your perspective via this brief survey.

This survey was written by members of the community who are NOT on the board, and your answers are completely anonymous so please be honest in your replies so that we get the most from this process.

There will be adequate space provided at the end for those so inclined to expound on specific issues that may have been inadvertently overlooked or unanticipated. There will often be a “blank” other at the end of the question for you add additional thoughts on that question’s specific subject.

The idea of this questionnaire is to find commonality and unification by highlighting a shared vision for Sky Ranch where possible, based on YOUR input.

Without your contributions, whether it be participating in this survey, volunteering as a committee member, or in a more substantive Sky Ranch “infrastructure maintenance” way, we cannot expect our investment to remain viable without ALL of our participation.

5. How much importance and value do you place on Sandy Valley’s water independence (vs. from Lake Mead) and our owning our own water “utility” infrastructure?*

6. Sky Ranch owns and maintains our own roads, how important is their upkeep and condition to you?*

7. The Sky Ranch Airpark development is a clearly defined residential area. How important is the security of that area to you? Would you consider gates and/or security video equipment be a worthwhile investment?*

9. The Sky Ranch Airpark as an “entity” expires in 2027. Are you aware of that and the ramifications it presents?*

10. The board has been working on a web portal that will serve as a “hub” of information about Sky Ranch and allow for payments of assessments etc. Do you see this as a worthwhile investment?*
