NOTICE of the Board of Directors Meeting, Tuesday, October 29, 2019, at 6 PM (a week later than set at the last board meeting, so mark your calendar) at the FBO, 601 Eagle Ave., Sky Ranch Estates, Sandy Valley. Included with this notice, Agenda for this meeting and Minutes of the last Board Meeting of September 24, 2019…

Things to do:

1. Clean up your yard: this includes: Weeds, fixing your roof, painting your home, getting rid of too many vehicles, trailers, etc.
2. Sign up for your association website.
3. Send in your emergency contact info forms.
4. Volunteer to serve on your Board of Directors.

The annual 2019 Water Quality Report was posted on the bulletin board in July. This report tells all you need to know about our water system. Where your water comes from, what testing is done and what we do to keep your water safe. Please do not take down, if you want a copy, just call or e-mail Elaine and a copy will be provided to you.

Once again, we encourage all to attend the meetings of your homeowner association to have your thoughts and complaints heard. This meeting we are discussing the Budget for 2020 and an addition of C-cans to our Rules and Regs. Hope to see you there. Again, a reminder that the board of directors and all committees are made up of your neighbors and friends and we ask that you treat them as such. We are doing the best we can.

Potluck BBQ….
Most of you know by now that Carl and Jackie are moving to California. Our Potluck BBQ on Saturday, October 26, will give us time to say our Goodbyes…. Happy hour at 5:30 and fire ready at 6:00. Join in to give them a fun send off and thank them for all they have done over the years.

Also, the American Legion is holding a celebration to honor Bo Gritz. Sat., Nov 16 @ 5 PM. Watch for flyers for details.
