REMINDERS:
Your 2020 HOA assessments will be in the mail the next day or so. Watch for the 2020 invoice, due dates will be adjusted. The budget was approved at December’s meeting and there will be no change in the assessments they will be the same as last years.

You will be receiving your February Meeting Notice by regular mail as it is for the Annual General membership meeting that will be held on Saturday, February the 29th at 2 pm. We will be having the election for 3 board members so there will be resumes, ballots and mailing envelopes included. On that note….. the current board members have indicated they will run for the Board, but all owners qualify and are welcome the serve on the board. If you would like to serve your community, contact Elaine by email or phone and she will send out the Nomination Form that must be returned by February 10th. With Carl leaving and resigning his board position, Shon Taylor has stepped up to complete Carl’s term and will also run for his own term.

Again, we are still having trouble with cars on the runway. It is the owner’s responsibility to inform any delivery, workers or guests that they cannot drive or cross the runway (except crossing at Eagle). And if you see any one on the runway, if you can, stop them and inform them that they can’t drive there. We also have weeds and other items like cars, trucks, trailers and other equipment or items that cannot be stored on vacant lots….

For those who don’t live on the field, please, be sure your place is winterized. It has been freezing and your water pipes need to be covered.

This year we will be working on putting everything on the website that Shon has worked so hard on. If you have not signed up, please do so.

We encourage all to attend the meetings of your homeowner association to have your thoughts and complaints heard. Hope to see you there.

We wish all a happy, healthy and safe 2020. Happy New Year!
