NOTICE of the Board of Directors Meeting, Tuesday, April 16, 2019, at 6 PM at the FBO, 601 Eagle Ave., Sky Ranch Estates, Sandy Valley. Included with this notice: Agenda and Minutes of the last Board Meeting of March2019.

Linda reported that our community is 100% collected for the first half of 2019. Thank you to all who have paid in full and for those who chose to pay half, a reminder to mark you calendar for the second payment, due July 1, 2019. Keep up the good work.

This has been a cold winter and we ask that all check their properties for weeds and broken branches now that we can get out and about to do spring cleaning. The Arch committee will be out and about checking on properties that need attention. Check your own property and don’t wait for the Arch committee to send a letter out.

Airport Manager, Bill Poole has been working on replacing the runway lights and repairing or replacing the runway reflectors. He reported that the blue reflectors at Eagle Avenue and Geronimo Trail have been run over. Not by airplanes but by cars cutting the corners. Regardless of who runs them down, they still cost all of the owners to replace them. If you see this happening, tell a board member or Bill. Maybe if they have to pay to fix or replace, they will be more careful in cutting the corner. Also, a reminder that the speed limit is 20 mph on all of our taxiways. This has not changed in 50+ years. Bill also asked that on Friday’s trash day, that you stagger your trash cans from your neighbor across the street so any airplane can zigzag down the taxiways. Also, plan to take your barrels in ASAP after the trash pickup. Once again, we encourage all to attend the meetings of your home owner association to have your thoughts and complaints heard. Hope to see you there. Again, a reminder that the board of directors and all committees are made up of your neighbors and friends and we ask that you treat them as such. We are doing the best we can.
