Approval of Minutes- Board of Directors Meeting/ Correspondence: a. March 26, 2019 minutes. Motion: Bo 2nd TD, approved. b. Correspondence, note from Nora Elliott suggesting we amend our docs to allow more hangars, as long as leaving room for home at later date. Noted that we are under Clark county code for this requirement that a home must be built.
Homeowners open forum agenda only: none
Financial Report: Linda absent.
Airport Mgr. report: Bill has contacted Sunland to proceed with striping. 3/21 will have to be closed as they will start at 8 until finished. Will notify on date. Updated on end lights as they have arrived but checking on the wiring. changing windsock… street signs to be installed soon. All work in progress.
Arch committee: 828 Saratoga. Need more information on plot map, held over to next meeting.
Unfinished business:
a. water: Kevin working on getting tank divers and keeping system running smoothly.
b. weeds…. Found that renting a tractor/brush hog is $300 per day and we can get Mark Rawlings to clean weeds with his bobcat and he knows how to operate it for $40 per hour. Chuck and Ed to supervise. Motion made by TD to have Mark do the weeds and seconded by Bo, approved. Scotty has volunteered the sprayer and Chuck will do the weed spraying.
c. compensation: Kevin asked this be removed from this and future agenda.
